So I took my 2001 Ford Excursion to another shop close to base to replace the power steering gear and after picking up the truck it lost steering while driving in a parking lot. I had my truck towed to Performance Truck and Auto based on the recommendation of a friend and they were able to sort out the issue no problem.  Turns out the part that was installed by the other shop was incorrect. They helped me get the part swapped out for the correct one by giving me all the info I needed.  This is going to be my go to auto repair shop from now on.  They have a really nice waiting area and a courtesy shuttle. Their labor rate is not the cheapest in town but it is also not the most expensive and clearly you get what you pay for. - James K (5 star review found on Yelp)
